Park Alagnak Wild River The Alagnak travels west from Katmai National Park and Preserve toward Bristol Bay through the wild, bear-filled tundra of the Alaska Peninsula. Wild salmon, arctic char and other fish species run plentifully through the river, attracting both black and grizzly bears.
